Theresa’s path to becoming a massage therapist began more than twenty years ago. While living in Southern Bavaria, she suffered a serious mountain biking accident. It was her own need to heal that put her on a road to discovering the amazing ability of the body to heal itself through alternative therapies.

Incorporating various levels of touch from fascial work to deep tissue, as dictated by the tissues of the body, Theresa enjoys tuning-in to a client’s stress patterns seeking to release them in order to bring the body to a place of rest, balance and ultimately health and healing. Theresa received her massage licensure through the State of Texas; her Craniosacral therapy training through UpLedger Institute; and has been a member of ABMP since 2009.

Reviews

With four bulging discs in my neck and chronic lower pain, I was a mess when I first went to visit Shelli. She was recommended by one of her colleagues who saw that I was going to need much more than just a few massages. Her massage therapist skills eventually brought relief to my daily pain and today I can get through my 8 hours tied to a computer with little to no discomfort.
